What is FRAG Platform?+
FRAG Platform is our tournament management software — the same system that runs FRAG eSports's own tournaments. Any organizer can sign up and run their own events on it.
Which games are supported?+
Valorant-style bracket formats (single/double elimination, Swiss, round robin) and battle-royale points-table formats (BGMI, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, COD Mobile BR) are both built in. The architecture is designed to add new games without rebuilding the core.
How does the AI result reader work?+
For battle-royale tournaments, upload a screenshot of the in-game results screen and our AI reads placements and kills automatically. A human always reviews and confirms the reading before it counts — nothing is applied blind.
What's included in the Free plan?+
Up to 2 tournaments and 32 participants per tournament, all core bracket/points-table formats, and community support.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes, on the Elite plan — full white-label branding including your own colors, logo, and custom domain.
How do entry fees and payouts work?+
Entry fees are collected via Razorpay at registration. Organizers can track everything through their org wallet and payment history.
